How do I make a cleaning appointment?
You can fill up our form in the website, or call us at +19083423543 and one of our sales team will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Do I need a Deep Clean?
We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!
Do you offer a Guarantee?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 72 hours in the event we agree we should come back.
When will I be charged?
When you book online or via phone, we ask for a security deposit by Zelle or credit card. If you sign up for recurring service, you will automatically receive an invoice after each cleaning completed.
What are your payments options?
We offer some options as: Cash, zelle, credit card and check.
Is Stunning Cleaning Services Complete insured?
Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at stunningcleaningacademy@gmail.com and we'll send you our current documentation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our company requires cancellations to be made 48 hours in advance to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, and failure to notify may result in cancellation fees: $50 for the first, 50% of the cleaning value for the second, and 100% for subsequent cancellations.
